  I really liked this store all up until Frank the store manager followed my mom and myself all around the store.He pretty much accused us of stealing. We told the store clerk what happened and we asked for him to come speak to us since he made my elderly mother feel so uncomfortable. I saw him practically run to the back of the store and didn't want to come out to speak to us. Very unprofessional for him to have done that when we clearly didn't have anything since we had just arrived to the store. Manager needs to be replaced. How can you racially profile someone when you yourself are a minority? The store itself has cute items other​ and beautiful furniture all at reasonable prices.will be checking out another Ross for our next shopping trip.
