  We bought 3 new iPhones and declined purchasing a protection plan because of the one year apple warranty. A year later we found out they had been charging us for the protection plan the entire time. The worse part is that when my phone did break and I brought it back to the store after a couple weeks they told me that there was nothing I could do since we didn't buy the protection plan. Now they are refusing to pay for their error. They charged us for a service we declined, and they denied us the use of that service... Crooks!
